The Diclazuril ELISA is a competitive enzyme immunoassay based on antibodies directed against diclazuril，and is used for the quantitative analysis of diclazuril in chicken tissue, tissue and egg. 

The calibration curve is virtually linear in the range of 0.25 to 2 ng/ml.
